School of
Humanistic Cosmetology

  • We provide individual training and thematic seminars for Skin Care Specialists (theory and practice).

  • Anyone can come to us for training; prior practical experience is not required.

  • After training, you receive a certificate that confirms your training but does not give you the right to work as a Skin Care Specialist unless you have a basic education or license in this field.

What is Humanistic Cosmetology?

Humanity (lat. humanus - human or humanity) - love and attention to a person, respect for the human person; philanthropy. A system of personality attitudes towards a person or a group, conditioned by moral norms and values, represented in the mind by experiences of compassion and rejoicing and implemented in communication and activity in acts of assistance.
The antonym of humanity is cruelty.
In a narrow sense, to act humanely is to strive not to harm a person as much as possible, but at the same time to act justly.

Cosmetology (from the Greek κοσμητικός - beauty and -λογία - teaching) is a science that studies the aesthetic problems of the human body, their etiology, manifestations, and methods of correction, as well as a set of techniques aimed at correcting aesthetic problems of a person’s appearance.

Principles of Humanistic Cosmetology:

  1. Treat the client with respect. Understand and sympathize with his skin problems. Don't lie.
  2. Work according to the “do no harm” principle. First of all, take care of the client’s health, and do not use aggressive and dubious methods and products. Do not put commercial interests above human health.
  3. Have deep knowledge and practical skills to work for results. Create an individual program for each client.
  4. Help the client. Share your knowledge, explaining and educating him so that proper skin care becomes part of his lifestyle.
  5. A cosmetologist must be "a product of himself product." He will not be able to help clients if he has failed to take care of himself.
Elena Abbadi
Teacher, cosmetologist, skin care technician (Jordan Ministry of Health license No. 90/160001)
I have always loved to work hard and learn new things. I was lucky enough to collaborate with the companies IONTO-COMED, Dr. Spiller, and KLAPP Skin Care Science, working with them taught me a lot. I always come up with a lot of different ideas that I put into practice. Along with my main job, rejoicing at the success of my clients (after all, in the end, we only help women to be beautiful, and everything fundamentally depends on them), I, as needed, prepared specialists to work in our Center. And so I worked, introducing the rationalization of work (which I really love) and collecting everything into a single system (and systematizing is my strong point), when suddenly at one fine moment I felt an irresistible need to share the accumulated knowledge and experience with others. So I started individual training (11 of my students are specialists now and successfully working). And I conduct training seminars, which I will continue with pleasure in the future.
I welcome everyone who craves new knowledge and experience, is not afraid to step out of their comfort zone, wants to help people, and grows at any age!

Types of training

Choose a learning method that suits you

Individual training

  • This form of training is suitable for you if you get along well with people, are inquisitive, active, know almost everything about yourself, easily perceive information, want to immerse yourself in the working atmosphere and learn professional secrets.
  • Individual program

Before the start of training, you will be interviewed to get to know each other personally and determine the goals and objectives of your training. You can choose from the course program the sections of theory and/or practice you need. On this basis, we will create an individual training program specifically for you.
  • Education system

According to the principle “I learn new things - I consolidate them in practice”:
    1. You are provided with theory, information, and session/procedure protocol.
    2. The teacher shows you this procedure, and you watch.
    3. The teacher does this procedure for you so that you can feel and understand what the client feels.
    4. You perform the procedure on a model with the support of a teacher.
    5. You perform the procedure on the model yourself.
You will get an excellent opportunity to study theory and practice in parallel, on the same day.
In addition, we can make any changes to the training process in accordance with your individual characteristics.
  • Additional features

You are also given the opportunity to be present in the office while the expert is working with clients. This will allow you to take note of certain nuances of communicating with clients, prescribing treatments/procedures for various skin problems, creating programs and packages for clients, as well as selling home care products. If you are observant, you can learn many professional skills that specialists have been developing for years.
  • Schedule and duration of training

Individual training is possible from Saturday to Thursday from 9 am to 17 pm.
You decide how many days a week and hours a day you will study. The schedule is agreed upon with the teacher. So, the duration of the training depends on your schedule and, of course, on your learning abilities.
A full course of theory and practice with classes 3 times a week for 4 hours a day takes, on average, 3 months. True, there were students from the category of “grabs everything on the fly”, who perfectly completed the full training from scratch in two months.
  • Location

Training is conducted at the Jordan Specialized Center for Foot and Skin Care, Cosmetology Department (Shol Abdoun), Address and Location
The phone number for inquiries and scheduling an interview: 079 862 17 10
  • Prices and payment

You can choose the option that suits you:
Monthly payment of 300 dinars per month (payment in installments is possible), and the cost of products for practical training is included. If you want to master a large amount of theory/practice and have time, then this option is for you. During the month, you can come to training at least every day, except Friday, and study for an unlimited number of hours between 9.00 and 17.00. (You agree on your weekly schedule in advance with the teacher). That is, this is an opportunity to get involved in work.
Payment by topic. This payment option is suitable if you want to learn a specific procedure. For example, facial massage. To do this, you select only the topic “Facial Massage” from the training program, pay and learn massage. Then, gradually, as needed and possible, you can learn other procedures, taking them one at a time. You can choose any individual topic of theory and/or practice from the training program (the prices of the topics are indicated in the program).
Hourly payment is suitable for you if you are very limited in time and can devote only a few hours a week to training. Or you already have good practical experience and you don’t need practice, you just need to see the procedure, so you will learn in an hour and a half (Prices per hour are also indicated in the training program, theory - 15 dinars per hour, practice - 30 dinars per hour).
  • Certificate

You will receive a certificate in English confirming your successful theoretical and/or practical training on the topics covered.
