How to get rid of acne that periodically appears on the chin and around the mouth?
"I always get a few pimples on my chin before my period," is often reported as a fact to be accepted. But you can make sure that such acne does not appear at all. How? I give a secret tip, for understanding which we will reason logically:

During menstruation, the female body is cleansed, and accumulated harmful excesses are removed, including through the skin. So, menstruation is not the cause of acne, but the result of cleansing, well, in such a peculiar form in the form of acne. So, let's call it: "the body gives."

But during ovulation (when a mature egg, ready for fertilization, descends), the female body, on the contrary, absorbs everything into itself. We suddenly crave something delicious. For some, these are cakes, or sweets, for others, something spicy, salty, smoked, or possibly fatty. And sometimes, what a sin to conceal, and all this alternately. So the surplus accumulates, let's call it "the body takes." So, overeating during ovulation is the cause of acne that occurs before and during menstruation.
Conclusion:
It is not necessary to accumulate excess during ovulation so that before and during menstruation they do not come out in the form of acne.

To do this, we calculate when ovulation: simply divide the number of days of the menstrual cycle by 2. If the cycle (from the first day of one menstruation to the first day of the next) is 28 days, then it will be the 14th day, if 30 days, then the 15th day. Since this is a very primitive calculation, we can add one more day before and after. Thus, we have 3 days of diet. Eat vegetables, some fruits, chicken breast, and fish these days. Avoid spicy and spicy foods, as well as fatty foods, fried and salty foods, and of course pastries and sweets. So, three days of total abstinence from food, but then without acne!

As always, I wish you healthy glowing skin! Don't hesitate to contact me.

I love you all

WHAT IT IS?

In simple words
1
Details of the steps of the combined facial cleaning
What is
Vaporization
and why is it used during facial cleansing?
A vaporizer is a device that produces a jet of steam.

Well, simply put, steam with medicinal herbs or their essential oils is sent to your face. The autonomic nervous system relaxes. You feel it: the steam envelops you, and the smell of herbs soothes you. - You are pleased!

In addition, steam forms water condensate on the surface of the skin, which penetrates the hair funnels (pores) and creates a layer between comedones (blackheads) and the walls of the hair follicles (part of the hair inside the skin). Now the comedones are separated, do not stick, and are easily removed, which undoubtedly pleases us! More steam softens the skin, which makes it easy to clean it from keratinized scales (dead cells).

Well, I’ve also told you a bunch of terms (I’ll also talk about them later). But now you know how steam works.
And please don't listen to ignorant "open pores and close pores" horror stories. This does not exist in nature!

What is
Brushing
and why is it used during facial cleaning?
Brushing is a procedure using an apparatus with a rotating brush or abrasive stones. Personally, I do not use stones (there are better methods). But I really welcome the brush as a stage in the facial cleaning procedure. I do it like this:

I apply a soft abrasive peeling cream and with a rotating brush of the apparatus, under herbal steam, with smooth circular movements, I clean the skin surface of impurities and dead cells. This improves blood circulation and lymph flow, and thus the skin is fully prepared for the next step of cleaning.

This procedure has the sensations and effect of a massage.
What is
Ultrasonic face cleaning
and why is it used during facial cleaning?
Low-frequency ultrasound in cosmetology has been used relatively recently. It is used for deep peeling / superficial cleaning and lifting procedures. In addition to cosmetology, this type of ultrasound is used in cleaning / disinfecting devices, as well as in dentistry for cleaning tartar.

Low-frequency ultrasound
Deep peeling and superficial cleaning.
Ultrasonic cleaning as a step of combined deep cleaning:
Most often, I use this method as a step in a combined facial cleaning. Low-frequency ultrasound creates vibration, which, together with water condensation, brings sebum to the surface. The handle of the apparatus in the form of a spatula collects it.

Thus, under steam, I clean the surface of the skin from excess sebum and impurities, and I quickly and easily remove small oily white heads. I work with light movements along the lymph flow so that with the improvement of the movement of the lymph, a detox effect occurs.

Now superficial cleaning is complete and the skin is ready for manual extraction.
Deep peeling/Surface cleaning

The spatula of the device transmits low-frequency ultrasonic waves to the surface of the skin. Targeted vibrations in the liquid medium completely remove excess particles. Effect of the procedure on the skin: make-up residues, keratinization, dead cells, scabs, and silicone-based care products are gently and extremely thoroughly removed. Deep peeling with low-frequency ultrasound is valued for its diverse effects even in medicine. This treatment not only exfoliates without damaging the skin but also improves skin tissue repair.

As an independent procedure, ultrasonic cleaning includes facial cleansing and peeling according to skin type, skin cleansing with a low-frequency ultrasound machine, mask, and final care.
What is
Manual extraction
and when are they used?
Manual extraction (manual cleaning) is the manual removal of skin impurities such as comedones (blackheads) and some types of cysts. This is the main step of the combined cleaning, its control completion.

What is
Alginate masks and final care
and when are they used?

Dr. Spiller's Alginate masks
Alginate is a powder from Algae. These algae have the ability to turn water into jelly. This is a 100% natural product. (By the way, alginate is used by dentists to cast teeth).

In addition to alginate, masks contain active ingredients to provide a certain effect. For example, for problem skin, these are extracts of tea trees and herbs with antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. For sensitive skin - macadamia extract, for age - collagen, and other anti-aging ingredients.

Alginate masks are extremely comfortable, they perfectly moisturize and soothe the skin, and saturate it with useful substances.

Dr. Spiller's Purifying alginate mask
Various alginate masks are part of facial treatments. It is also an excellent completion of cleaning procedures, hardware peeling, and microneedle mesotherapy.

Dr. Spiller's Anti-Cuoperose alginate mask
This is the most pleasant step of the cleaning procedure. I prepare an alginate mask immediately before use: I mix the powder with water until a homogeneous consistency. Then I apply with a spatula. After drying, in one motion, I remove the mask entirely.

With an alginate mask, you feel cool and relaxed. Despite the thick layer, you will not feel the weight of the mask - this mask is extremely comfortable, and it also has an excellent healing effect on the skin of the eyelids.

Final care
When all the steps of the session are completed, it's time for the final care: tonic, serum, eye cream, face cream, and sun protection. Not necessarily all of these. Depending on the type of procedure: for example, if the device was last used with an active concentrate, then it is no longer necessary to wipe the skin with a tonic and apply a serum, a cream and sun protection are enough. If the session was held in the evening, then, accordingly, there is no need for protection from the sun.
That is, the final care is the products that are applied to your face after the end of all procedures before you leave the beautician.
